YUP currently delivers within Lebanon only. Our shipping timelines are designed to be fast, reliable, and transparent, while accounting for standard logistics practices followed locally and internationally.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all regions within the Republic of Lebanon.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Beirut Governorate

  • Estimated delivery: within 24 hours

Greater Beirut Area

  • Areas within a 15 km radius of Beirut

  • Estimated delivery: within 36 hours

All Other Areas in Lebanon

  • Includes Mount Lebanon (beyond 15 km), North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Bekaa, and other regions

  • Estimated delivery: within 48 hours

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Fees may vary depending on delivery location and order size.

  • Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across Lebanon. While we strive to meet stated delivery times, YUP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Security or road conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • YUP is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Additional delivery attempts or address changes may result in additional charges.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery based on the provided contact details.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the order may be rescheduled.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation, additional charges, or refusal of future orders.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to our customer support team.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to complete payment upon delivery may result in order cancellation and refusal of future Cash on Delivery orders.

Force Majeure

YUP shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
