Returns Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or perfume scents will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Accessories
- Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds

Exchanges

- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right, fast.
